Item 1 Present Apologized and Absent

Item 2 Agreement of previous minutes
No Objections, a Thanks was received from Judy to Radar for writing the minutes.

Item 3 JOTI
Tita was not present at the meeting and neither was Roger available to let us know of the outcome of the emails between himself and Tita.
Concerns have been expressed regarding the timeframe available to coordinate and plan for JOTI in October.  Questions have been asked about the progress of the Bot for JOTI.
A suggestion was made for a new coordinator or assistant to be appointed and CCs will think about a suitable candidate for the next meeting. 
Another suggestion was for someone to "encourage" Tita in his coordinating efforts

Item 4 Progress of USA Elections
This is rogers area, held over until next Council meeting.

Item 5 Progress TT
What is the progress on a Bot for JOTI
Some members of the council are concerned about the lack of information from TT and lack of presence on council meetings.
The issue of recruiting new members came up at the council meeting and council is hoping that there is progress on recruiting new members before the next meeting.

Item 6 AOB
Bogoto is working on an election process for the SA region and will keep Council informed by email.
Juham requested that the rules created by emily be read by all members of council and be put on the agenda for the next council meeting.
Grandpa Yes, I do. I am going to resign soon, as I lack the time to fulfil the duties that come with being RC EEur as good as I would expect if I wasn't it myself... I now already can say I won't make it to the next 3 meetings... I want to recommend to the council to make hubcio my successor, as he is the most Eastern European among us and he speaks a lot of languages.
Grandpa I'll send an email about this, but this is just a first information to you so that you know you might want to think about possible successors.
 Judy has no AOB except that she attended ERSIS (European radio scouting and internet seminar) i could try to sum up the very few results concerning joti if you like and send it to council mailing list if that is whished.
