Roger-UK re-elected UK-Eire CC.
There have been six nominations for Roger-UK and he is re-elected.
Ratified unanimously.

Revoking the 5-hours server idle rule.
After quite a discussion about if we should retain the 5-hours idle rule, Council has decided to have a poll about this on the yahoo site.
Everyone must vote and their votes will be recorded, because if something does happen then people will be accountable for their actions.
The results will be here before next Council meeting.
Tinge asks Radar when the results are going on the web, to put in it that she voted not on her personal opinion but the one of her users.
All should vote the opinion of their users not their personal opinion.

What about CC elections USA and ratification CC Venezuela?
Dougly is having issues with his email, therefore he asks someone else to run USA elections.
Roger-UK will do that.
CC Venezuela; Nonoman is the only candidate.

What about #deutsch-quiz?
After this meeting it will be dropped. They want to bring it back in the summer. But will ask Council first.
If a channel is therefore only three months, one doesn’t have to ask Council first.

Radar: has been forgotten to put JOTI feedback on the agenda. Tita was not happy with it, but we discussed it and I will put it on next meeting agenda. I have apologized to Tita.

Judy: had a chat with Scout_BZ in private. Scout_BZ seems not to understand why he was removed from Council. Although he knows the rule: if one or ones deputy is not present three meetings in a row, one will be removed from council.
Council asks Aciago to speak to Scout_BZ and explain the three months in a row rule and report back to Council. Aciago will do that asap.
Aciago will also speak to Kaajavi and locoto. Kaajavi has not attend to a meeting for the fourth time in a row. Locoto has not attend to a meeting three times in a row.
