Results elections South America region.
The results of the elections are that Chiquiturrix has been elected as Region Coordinator South America.
Council has ratified this with 2 abstentions. Bogote will ask Chiquiturrix and Malakg63 to email their details to Boomer so they can get their olines. Bogote will also ask them to subscribe to Scoutlink Council yahoo groups.

JOTI.
Roger-uk has not heard anything yet from Tita. Neither has Radar.
Roger-uk is going to organise cover for #opers en JOTI coordination, but need ircops and CC/RC’s to help.
Tita attends to meeting late end agrees with that. Also Council agrees.
Tita has not been online much lately, due to private matters. Tita is willing to help Roger-uk.
Rpoger-uk asks Space_NL if it is o.k. that Tucker will help in #opers during JOTI? Space-NL agrees.
Roger-uk will make a spreadsheet.
JOTI bots are running so far. Tita can create channels if needed, just email him with details.
Tech Team still needs to do things before JOTI. Extra servers will be needed, but tech team already received some. The servers will be installed with IRCD as soon as possible.
The Dutch server tech Team has not received the ip address for. Radar will ask the owner of the server to get in touch with tech Team.

Roger-uk wants to thank Tech Team for all the hard work they have been doing last week. It is nice to see them being an team again.
There are no questions about the report Megalive has send to Council about tech team.

Any Other Business.
Ak-Eagle is asking about a users from Jabiru his region. If that user is still glined. Because it seems that the user is back. Space_NL glined that user again and gave the user Jabiru his email address to get in touch if the user is not the users we think the user is.
The reason the user from Jabiru his region is glined is because the user was excluded from the Scout Association.
Bogote wants to request to create #espanol-opers as a permanent channel for coordination between Spanish opers. Bogote has been advised to create a temporarily channel now and ask for a permanent one by emailing Council.
Megalive wants to have Runemaste as a temp techie until next Council meeting.
Council agrees.
Roger-uk asks if anyone knows more about a former Council member, because Roger-uk has been told that the person might be suspended from Scouting? It seems nobody knows anything about it. So Roger-uk is going to make some more enquires. Due to not being part of Council anymore the oline of that person has been removed.
Space_NL asks if the yahoo group admins can check the database and look if the right people are there and if not remove them. Share that information with Megalive.
Roger-uk is going to look into that after JOTI.
Space-NL has a list of people who need temp ircops ( list shown during this meeting ). Nobody objects so Space_NL will send the list to tech Team after this meeting.
Tinge asks if Council is willing to send an thank you email to Danscout. Because did really good things for Scoutlink. Radar will do that, after she has showed it to Roger-uk first.
